A story about men which disappeared after the Yugoslav army occupied the Croatian town Vukovar, and their families which try find them since 1991. It leads to the discovery of the majority from the list in a large mass grave in Vukovar, where experts of forensic medicine identify them and reconstruct their tragic ends.

The film is entirely shot in Netherlands and portrays the fate of refugees from various parts of the world (Iran, Somalia, Tibet, Kurdistan, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia...), and their attempt to fit in the Dutch society and begin new lives. Of special interest is his Sanctity XIV Dalai Lama one of the refugees shown in the film. After the Chinese occupations he had to leave Tibet. The film has participated in many home and international documentary film festivals.
